Fantasy Bakers – 50 kW Commercial Hybrid Solar System

The Fantasy Bakers Solar Project in Kisauni is a purpose-engineered 50 kW three-phase high-voltage hybrid solar installation designed to support the demanding energy requirements of a commercial bakery while reducing dependence on utility power. A key achievement of the project is the system's ability to comfortably operate the bakery's electric cake ovens alongside other essential commercial loads. The installation was engineered with particular consideration for the high power demand associated with electric heating equipment, ensuring stable three-phase power delivery and effective utilization of available solar energy. The hybrid architecture intelligently manages energy between solar PV, battery storage, utility supply, and bakery loads, allowing solar generation to directly support production activities while battery storage provides additional energy management and backup capability. The project demonstrates Solutekk Electric Ltd's capability to design solar systems beyond conventional lighting and backup applications.
