Bamba – 30 kW Commercial Off-Grid Solar System

A purpose-engineered 30 kW three-phase off-grid solar power system developed to provide reliable energy for commercial operations in the remote Bamba area of Kilifi County, where dependable grid power is unavailable. The system was specifically designed to support three-phase baling press machinery and associated commercial loads, providing the facility with an independent and sustainable source of power for its operations. A key feature of the project is the custom-designed solar carport structure, developed to provide the required PV mounting area while creating additional functional value at the site. The system is remotely monitored through Deye Cloud and Smart Energy Platform, providing real-time visibility of solar generation, battery performance, load demand, energy utilization, and overall system operating status. This project demonstrates Solutekk Electric Ltd's capability to develop customized off-grid energy solutions for commercial and industrial applications in remote locations, combining solar generation, energy storage, intelligent controls, structural design, and three-phase power engineering into a complete standalone energy solution.
